CURE-ME Team: Erinna Bowman and Caroline Kingdon

About the seminar:
A short film featuring interviews with patients and an overview of ME/CFS will be provided. The disease and its impact, with an emphasis on how the disability caused by the disease is often under-recognized not only by health care professionals, friends, and loved ones, but also often by people with ME/CFS themselves will all be covered.

The CURE-ME team at the London School of Hyigiene & Tropical Medicine will discuss what they hope to accomplish with the ME/CFS Biobank they established in 2011 and possible next steps for research.

About the Speaker:
Caroline Kingdon, Research Nurse, and Erinna Bowman, Research Fellow, both members of the CURE-ME team in the Disability and Eye Health Group at the London School of Hyigiene & Tropical Medicine.

External delegates, please sign in at reception when you arrive, and a member from the Disability Centre will be waiting in the foyer to accompany you to the theatre.
